 We don't have enough screen estate to make the scrollbar bigger, and we
 shouldn't have to. The fix to this issue is two-pronged: 1) we've
 introduced grabby keys on the keyboard, which when pressed, allow using
 the touchpad to scroll the document, and 2) the scrollbar should be made
 to fully touch the edge of the screen, making it infinitely wide in terms
 of Fitts' law. The scrollbar should thus be as narrow as it can while
 allowing clear visual feedback about current position in the document,
 with touchpad targetting not being a real concern.
