 There is often such a long delay after clicking on an application that I
 am not sure that it has been accepted,of that teh mouse did not slip or I
 missed the active area.  Would it be possible for some audio or visual
 feedback?  Like a flashing icon, colour change or something.  Of couse if
 the lauch were sufficiently fast this would not be necessary
