Comment:

 Eben, while working on the HIG, please encourage the use of GUI builder
 tools, which both aid I18N, help in relayout of gui's during rotation, but
 also make it much easier to have multiple gui's that may be very simple
 for young children and more complex for older children.

 We have existence proofs of reloading GUI's on the fly (in the face of
 rotation); the same can be done for skill level.

 Hand coded gui's are also much more difficult for others to work on (and
 help improve).

 I'd suggest, as sections stabilize, that the sections get marked, so we
 can encourage translation without waiting for completion.

 As a community (and country) activity, we need to also start encouraging
 the formation of localization teams.
