 When I move the cursor to pass Capture icon on frame, the icon is not
 activity.
 Try to execute Capture, I see the icon appear at home mode for 10 secs
 then disappear.Capture application is not working.

 Procedure[[BR]]
 1.Move the cursor on capture icon <=icon is not activity[[BR]]
 2.Click the capture icon <= capture can't work
