 As far as the game controller, the current thinking is to continue to
 assign the left-hand ones to the arrow keys and to assign the right-hand
 ones to (from the top, going clockwise: tab, enter, esc, and back-tab.

 We are considering remapping the backlight on/off button on the bezel to
 the rotate screen function: XF86XK_RotateWindows
