Old description:

New description:

 CSound performance thread does not always close cleanly.  Test to ensure
 that when TamTam is dormant (unfocused) that other apps can use sound.

 If broken, read csound docs at nabble.com and csound/cvs/examples to
 understand python wrapper, and the correct way to close and re-open
 csound.
