Comment:

 Cool! A couple of points about the implementation:

 * It would be better to use dbus activation to have the console runned
 automatically, instead of checking if it's already running (see how
 sugar/services/ does it). The keybinding would have to be moved inside
 Shell.py so that we can call a dbus method instead of running the
 executable directly.
 * Since the console will be basically be a service, it would make sense to
 move it inside sugar/services once we changed it to use dbus activation.
