 Open changelog of each image version.[[BR]]

 It only give the information of what this version change.[[BR]]
 I think it can summary the changes of each version into changelog.[[BR]]
 It will give us a lot of help.[[BR]]
 We didn't need to open the changelog one by one to search what we
 need.[[BR]]
 Attached file is the driver release letter that I download from IBM web
 side.[[BR]]
