 The DCON init code in gxfb is incorrect for the new DCONs.  The write to
 the DCON PLL register causes the PLL to use the wrong frequency, resulting
 in an unstable display on the right side of the screen.

 The solution is to remove all the DCON early init code in gxfb, just
 leaving the firmware settings alone.  That is equivalent to the result of
 setting gxfb_dcon.noinit=1 .

 Dave Woodhouse has committed the kernel changes with the commit below; the
 only thing remaining to resolve this ticket is to make sure that his
 changes make it into a build.
