 Request to add ''rdate'' or ''ntpdate''.

 Testing of mesh would benefit from coordinated time.

 Build 212 and 218 at least do not have ''rdate'' or ''ntpdate'', though
 they do have ''date'' and ''ddate''.  ''date'' can be used over ''ssh'' to
 set the time roughly.  ''rdate'' would be better, and ''ntpdate'' even
 better.  ''ddate'' is a possible candidate for removal.

 Not critical, as they can be added after the build.

 This ticket also relates to #14.
