#931: yum installs one package at a time
--------------------+-------------------------------------------------------

 Priority: normal | Milestone: Untriaged
Component: distro | Keywords:
--------------------+-------------------------------------------------------
 On a build239 machine (or image), when I run yum (e.g., {{{yum -y install
subversion}}}) it goes through the entire process, finds the packages that
need to be installed, but only installs one package. If you run it again,
it installs another package, etc., until finally there are no missing
prerequisites and it installs the actual packages you were requesting.
