#925: Tweak Qemu images for use by activity developers

The downloadable Qemu images are somewhat too restrictive. Given that
sugar-jhbuild takes far too much low-level hacking to get working at the
moment we'd like to allow Python developers to work from the images in
order to leverage some of the interest generated by PyCon.

What's needed is likely the following:

  * Larger image disk size (sufficient to hold a few key libraries, this
should compress down readily with bzip2)
  * pcnet32 network driver (to allow operation under vmware)
  * svn/bzr installation (without requiring a Yum update)

We're continuing to work on developing best practices for getting started
with Sugar quickly using the emulated systems, but this does appear to be
the set of features that will allow reasonable development patterns under
 emulation.
