 Inserting a 2.0GB SD card, made by PNY Technologies has no visible effect
 on the xo.  There is nothing in dmesg|tail to mark the insertion or
 deletion of the card.  The card works on a Dell Axim pocket PC, but does
 not work on a second xo(b1) that is on hand here.   No /dev/mm* device is
 created.
