 As per J5's suggestion:  PenguinTV needs a default feed that will work
 even when the laptop is offline.  It should function both as an example of
 what a feed looks like, a basic introduction to the concept of RSS, and an
 explanation of the "waiting for first poll" message that default feeds
 will display until an internet connection is acquired.
