 Here is a 60M library in one tarfile:
 http://dev.laptop.org/pub/content/tars/Library-small.tar.gz

 In the future, this collection would be larger (more reference materials);
 library size is currently artificially limited.  A separate and much
 larger collection will be on the school server image once that is set up.

 Agreed that this ticket should split into one about updating the web
 activity (whose start page could change later), and one about having a
 place for local content on the laptop.
