 There are two bugs here.

 One is that X crashes in build245; this is known about.  You can tell
 whether we think a build boots into sugar correctly by examining the
 tinderbox, which is at:

 http://dev.laptop.org/tinderbox/

 The second bug is that the laptop gets hot, which is likely caused by
 being in a tight CPU loop of starting X.  I don't know whether we need to
 do anything about this -- can you tell us how hot it's getting?
