 I'm trying to build sugar using jhbuild as explain on
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Sugar_on_Ubuntu_Linux and got this error during
 the configure of libabiword-plugins:

 checking for an ANSI C-conforming const... yes
 checking for inline... inline
 configure: error: conditional "ABICOLLAB_HANDLER_XMPP" was never defined.
 Usually this means the macro was only invoked conditionally.
