 Ronak,

 Don't you need to hookup LED 2 to GPIO 12? PreB board schematics mentions
 such assignment. That information might be outdated though.

 I only have access to an A-test board at the moment (which apparently only
 has LED 1 with proper
 GPIO assignment), so can't test.

 The current default (with the new firmware you released) seems to hook
 both LED 2 and 3 to GPIO16.
