 Fixed in the first release *after* Q2B51.   The problem was that OFW was
 asking the keyboard to repeat status reports at a 4 mS rate ("4 set-
 idle"), but that particular keyboard seems to wedge when you press the
 shift key under those conditions.  Changing the set-idle parameter from 4
 to 32 cleared up the problem.

 My hypothesis is that the keyboard was experiencing internal buffer
 overflow, since the USB intr polling rate is also 4 mS.
