 Thought I would suggest an RSS feed to add to the reader's list, a feed
 from the support forum. Either support or general discussion feed of other
 olpc users would be really useful. Delivers useful information on dealing
 with the most common problems and connects the user to a community in a
 new way. Replies do not take registration, only a captcha test, so there
 is a low barrier to entry. Two particularly relevant feeds are:
