 Bernardo reported to devel (and I confirmed in Build 650) that the "info"
 rpm is reported as licensed "GPLv3":

 >  # rpm -qa --queryformat '%{name} %{license}\n' | grep GPLv3 | sort
 > espeak GPLv3+
 > gnash GPLv3+
 > gnash-plugin GPLv3+
 > info GPLv3

 This is incorrect; it is derived from texinfo-4.11 and is licensed GPLv3+
 (note the plus).  You can verify this by running "info --version".
