 Turns out that mog had signed off by the time I went to do this.  I went
 with 'Evan'.  It took me a while to mouse over them in the Neighborhood
 view (xochat.org has a /lot/ of people on it), but eventually I found
 them.  Once again, it didn't show a 'Friend' option.

 I had turned on Sugar debugging in my .xsession ... hopefully that'll
 help.

 Let me know if you need any more testing.
