Comment:

 Please re-prioritize this issue, as it seems to be related to a deeper
 problem.

 (Also, the bug is not limited to only a missing icon.  In this case the
 clipboard item's "open" menu is also missing any menu options.)

 The same issues are reported for Record in #4781 and #5684.

 Also, copying text out of Write creates a clipboard object that has a
 broken "open" menu.

 Also note bug #5664, which is related to weird behavior by the clipboard.

 Considering the same or similar bugs are appearing across these four
 activities, perhaps the issue is even more pervasive (affecting even more
 activities), and may related to the underlying API?
