#5742: sugar-jhbuild does not set PYTHONPATH or PATH properly

I've been trying for the last week to get a working development
 environment.

I've got to the point where the sugar-jhbuild completes, and I can do
'sugar-jhbuild run' to get a Sugar shell.

However, PYTHONPATH is not set properly, just PYTHON_LIB. This doesn't
work on my Gentoo box; 'import sugar' at a prompt simply fails.

I wrote a little script called 'prep' that adds it to PYTHONPATH. This is
fine for that shell ... but launching Sugar doesn't keep that setting,
which means that (for example) trying to run anything in Pippy that
imports Sugar fails, as does trying to run anything Sugar-related at the
 Terminal prompt.

I tried adding another line in config.py that sets the PYTHONPATH
variable, but it didn't seem to work. I obviously don't understand the
 sugar-jhbuild environment.

(PATH /also/ doesn't get the path to the Sugar binaries added, which is
 annoying, but not as failure-to-runny.)
