 There should be a 'system' override in /etc/olpc-update/update-stream
 which is used if the user hasn't specified a preferred update stream in
 /security/update-stream.  This will let joyride users 'opt out' of
 automatic upgrades to the latest stable branch.

 This should be committed in joyride before update.1 is released (although
 it doesn't actually have to go into the update.1 builds).
