 Activation and Developer keys should have unique mime types, and should be
 automatically installed by sugar when they are added to the journal.

 See also trac #5709, which covers installation when inserted on a USB key.
 I'll provide a 'olpc-install-lease' script which will do the actually
 invocation when given the key filename as an argument.
