 Replying to [comment:1 jg]:
 Jim the reason for the blocker priority was that MS sees this as a
 significant problem that is not allowing them to proceed in their testing
 of input devices.  Although the reproduction steps seems iniquitous it
 seems to present a general issue when using the combination of screen keys
 with the tablet.
