Comment:

 The TMobile account information should be in the email with shipping
 information.

 The reason boxes appeared open is that they were opened: all software and
 firmware was updated between Quanta (the manufacturer) and its shipment to
 you.  I'm sorry it appears the repacking was not as graceful as it might
 be; the Brightstar people in Chicago were trying to get as many systems
 shipped in time for Christmas as possible.
