#5693: Cannot (reproducably) launch Browse with a favorite URL

(This is tested with a stock G1G1 machine)

There is no easy way to launch Browse from the Frame and open it on a
predetermined URL (load a link from favorites).

Saving (keep'ing) a browsing session to the journal only lets me resume
that session later on whatever website I *last visited*, which is rarely
 the one I started on.

 To reproduce:
 1. Load browse, go to any non-homepage website.
 2. Rename session to something meaninful;
 3. Keep to the journal; Exit.
 4. In Journal, find appropriate entry, resume. Browse to a different site.
(this changes the browse session and the corresponding url to load on
 Resume). Exit.
 5. *BUG* try and load Browse with the original website you kept...

 Desired result:
When browsing a website, having a button that adds to the journal a URL
that will stay static between sessions, regardless of what sites I may
also happen to visit. entry name could default to the site's <Title>

One option is to bookmark the desired site in Browse, however, to access
that bookmark again (rendered as a list of thumbnails on the bottom of a
Browse activity window), I need to resume the *same* journal entry of that
activity each time (negating the usefulness of the Frame) and then click
 the appropriate bookmark.
