 Our new g1g1 exhibits this problem. The behavior matches that described
 above
 in which a single tap sends the mouse cursor to the lower right hand
 corner of the
 screen. This happens spuriously whenever moving the mouse.

 One workaround is to use a usb mouse.

 We are willing to try a fix, as this problem makes the machine unusable
 through
 the touchpad.

 Rebooting did not help.
