 Also, "Open" has an empty pull-down menu, but is not greyed-out.  When
 open is selected, a new Browse instance opens and plays the video.

 An icon is needed, and the open pull-down should be populated.  Also,
 shouldn't Record also be able to open data that it creates (i.e. should
 Record appear in the pull-down)?
