Comment(by gnu):

 The ship.2 release includes only a single version of the COPYING license
 file (still in Paint.activity).  Many components use other licenses, not
 included.  Is this being fixed in update.1?  The requirement to provide
 binary recipients with a copy of the license is completely independent of
 the requirement to provide source code.
