 HTML form input type="file" kills Browse activity.  For example, open the
 following page

 http://www.quirksmode.org/dom/inputfile.html

 and click the "Browse..." button in the "The solution" section.

 WebActivity.log file contains a WARNING "root: FilePicker.appendFilters:
 UNIMPLEMENTED".  It might be related to the issue.
