 I can confirm experiencing this problem too - in my case it seems to
 usually be the ctrl key, showing the same symptoms.  Anecdotally, a few
 times I've held the ctrl key down and "massaged" it firmly but not really
 hard for a few seconds, and it seemed to fix it.  this makes me think it's
 a physical problem with the keyboard.
