 so:

    This should be
      $SUGAR_ACTIVITY_ROOT/locale/<lang_code>LC_MESSAGES

 >        MO_PATH $SUGAR_ACTIVITY_ROOT/lang \ $args
   This should be
      etoys --document proj.pr \
          MO_PATH $SUGAR_ACTIVITY_ROOT/locale $args
