 A suggested enhancement of plot would be to make the syntax more flexible,
 or make the error response more detailed. The first step towards
 flexibility would be to allow only 1 argument, for the function, with a
 default visual area (maybe from -10,10 on x and y axis) overridable by a
 second argument. The second step would be to allow equations such as
 plot(y=2x) and plot(x=2y).
