Comment:

 This is definitely an issue when you have a lot of people in a chat.  You
 can get info for the first four or five people, but then the boxes trail
 off the bottom.  If you have so many people in the chat that the arrows
 appear, you can get even less information, as the first person's offset is
 further down the screen.
