 The links from the browser "about your XO" use to have a link to getting a
 developer key at the very bottom, in build 653.

 These pages are all different now and I can't find the link to getting a
 developer key.

 Needs to be there where we can tell everyone where it is. (I'm not
 requesting that it be more prominent... just that it has to be there
 somewhere)
