Comment:

 Yep, the web server is returning the wrong mime type here. Sugar might
 handle this situation better in the future, but this is not going to
 happen for Update1. Two things are necessary:

  1. Mozilla fix to detect "unknown" mime types from apache.
 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=394647

  2. Register .sar in xdgmime.
