Comment:

 I want to cleanup the ogg mime types mess as part of #4855. I don't think
 audio/x-vorbis+ogg and video/x-theora+ogg are the right types either, so I
 think this change should be rolled back in Record (unless there is a very
 good reason for the change which I don't know about).
