 Open up pippy and hit the view source key. This opens a new pippy with the
 source in it. Modify a few values such as the size of each window
 (examples, code and vte console) and then save as activity bundle. The new
 bundle will not reflect the changes.

 I cded into "PippyModified.activity" and more'd pippy_app.py and the
 changes WERE present.
