 I'm willing to you $1 that the permissions on /home/olpc or
 /home/olpc/Activities prevent traversal of those directories by your
 activity. You should examine the permissions on these directories and make
 them less restrictive. In the mean time, I will strengthen my pre-
 condition checking.
