Comment:

 The /etc/init.d/olpc-configure script only rewrites /home/olpc/.i18n when
 the /home/olpc/.olpc-configured flag file is missing, or contains a
 version that is smaller than the olpc-configure one.

 This is needed because the format and location of the i18n data actually
 changed a few times.

 I'm closing this bug as invalid.  Please feel free to reopen if you keep
 getting the language reset when you update from the current Update.1 to
 the next build.
