 build 653 (also reported by a G1G1 recipient, probably with build 650)

 open Write, click on Table

 draw a 3x3 table using the leftmost icon on the top

 type something in some of the cells

 change the width and height of the table when a two-way arrow appears

 result: the width remain the same (changing the height works fine)
