 two machines, both with joyride 1454 and connected to mesh network (school
 server)

 go to Neighborhood view, both machines show different number of access
 points and different number of machines at the same time.

 some access points and machines disappear after a few seconds of
 appearance. (christmas light effect)

 machine 1 sees 19 machines and 17 access points

 machine 2 sees 11 machines and 11 access points

 == at time 2 (3 minutes later) ==

 machine 1 sees 7 machines and 17 access points

 machine 2 sees 15 machines and 14 access points
