 Note that setting a file's MIME-type to audio/ogg explicitly (such as with
 the copy-to-journal script I've been banging on) means that /Sugar/ thinks
 Browse can open it, but it cannot.  This is a little surprising from a
 usability standpoint.  Of course, using application/ogg works fine.
