 I'm sure just about everyone who got a B1G1 laptop has by this point
 hovered over the XO person on their Home screen and seen 'register.'  And
 we've clicked it.  It does ... nothing, of course, since we don't have a
 school server.  But it'd sure be nice for it to /tell/ us it's doing
 nothing, and won't.  Better yet if it didn't bother to show up.  (This
 happened to me, and conversations on IRC have shown that it is not just me
 having this particular mental confusion.)
