 Children's paint programs have the concept of stamps.  You select a
 pattern, and can stamp it on to your composition by clicking.  Paint
 should have these.

 In addition to using stamps, one should be able to create stamps.
 And share them.  Up/download them to the wiki.  This would be a form of
 creative collaboration even very young children could contribute to.
 Sharing enables a creative ecology.  Without it, painted works are sort of
 a dead-end - created, perhaps seen by a few, and then there's no place
 else to go.

 Stamps often make a noise when applied.  So the stamp format should permit
 including a sound.  Perhaps created using Record or TamTam.
