 Great as far as it goes...  Thanks...  I'd forgotten you'd put that in
 place.

 0) no checklist on what should be checked in a build and/or before
 signing...
 1) still requires physical presence in 1cc; hopefully we can either get
 Ivan's fancy stuff installed or figure out other solutions.
 2) the stable build process itself should be in the public wiki, even if
 documentation of the signing process is in the internal one.
