 OK, we're using util-linux-ng in joyride now (1457 and later).  However,
 it might need some love from Chris -- it seems to wake up immediately when
 giving a command such as
 {{{
 # rtcwake -m mem -v -s 20
 }}}

 Chris, is there any reason to push this for update.1, or can this stay
 joyride-only until update.2?
